Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in PMU Retouch. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and the waitlist we operate at pmuretouch.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean PMU Retouch, operated as an individual business based in Georgia. The operator's full legal name is available on request via hello@pmuretouch.com. When we say “you”, we mean the person using the site or joining the waitlist.

What the service is today

PMU Retouch is currently a pre-launch project. The site exists to share what we are building, demonstrate the concept through marketing content, and let interested permanent makeup artists join a waitlist for early access. There is no paid product, no file processing, and no client photo handling at this stage.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives you a place in line for early access and free launch credits. It is not a contract to deliver a product on a specific date. We may decide not to launch at all, change scope, or invite people in any order we believe is fair. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to hello@pmuretouch.com.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Submit anyone else's email to the waitlist without their permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or break into any part of the site or its supporting services.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content without our written permission, except as fair use or quotation allows.
  • Use the site in any way that would violate applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.

Intellectual property

The PMU Retouch name, the site's design, copy, and original imagery belong to us, except where we credit a third party. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution; broader reuse needs our written permission.

The Privacy Policy and these Terms are adapted from the Basecamp open-source policies under the CC BY 4.0 license. The attribution and link to the source are listed at the foot of each policy page.

Warranty disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site or any content on it, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Any reliance you place on demo content, forward-looking statements, or feature previews is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of PMU Retouch is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to fifty euros (EUR 50).

Changes to the site and to these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and, for waitlist subscribers, notify you by email.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom retain the protection of mandatory consumer rules of their place of residence.
